Compass Homes is led by father and son duo Donal and Michael Herlihy, who between them have over 50 years’ experience in the construction business both here in Ireland and in Europe, most notably in Poland. They have been responsible for the construction of over 600 new homes in that time.

This passion is especially apparent in our home county of Cork; our intimate local knowledge and desire to enhance our beautiful surroundings can be seen in our latest development, Cúl na Gréine, in Bandon.
During the planning phase, we worked with local schools, residents and the local authority to help reorganise traffic management to ensure the new development will enhance the daily life of the local community.
Our second passion is for excellent build quality, producing homes designed and built for the needs of modern families, both now and for generations to come.
To this end, we have cultivated deep and lasting relationships with some of the best in the industry; most notably we have been working closely with our construction partners, CField Construction, on our latest developments, a company with an excellent reputation for high-quality builds with a strong emphasis on environmental and sustainable concerns.
